- It is located near Lalpur Chowk.

- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering. Outside caterers are not allowed.

- There are two slots in wghich events can be conducted, one from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and other from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

- In house DJ is available from Rs. 8,000; outside DJ's are not allowed.

- 1 room will be available as complimentary for wash and change.

- Has ample space for parking, having a capacity for up to 25 cars and 50 two-wheelers at a time.

- Advance payment of 50% has to be made at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.

- 18% GST will be applicable.
